podcast, I think it's fair to say we could almost repackage it as the great unlearning. Because

it's not just about our present lives as mothers, as wives,

as sisters, as daughters. It's been about raking through our past, a past that was wedded to

the 90s, a time, you know, we've said over and again, where I wanted to be an FHM High Street

Honey. Yeah, it's very much stuck together with scotch tape, wasn't it?

It really was. A time when, to be honest, having your bum squeezed going to the bar was

kind of foreplay.

Happy days, yeah.

Happy days. But we have genuinely been unpacking quite a lot of our past through this podcast.

And something we wanted to talk about today and rake back through the archives on

is love addiction. So that is the addiction to the emotional chaos of a relationship.

Okay. Now let me set the scene. You know, it's definitely happened in my relationship as it stands currently,

but I think almost in every relationship I've had, I have been in a state of needing that emotional chaos.

So it's that undulation of, uh, you're interested in someone. They become slightly emotionally unavailable.

They then sort of feed you titbits here and there. You know that

that state you're in where you are absorbed with your phone, you cannot leave it, and you just feel

like, I'm waiting for that message, why is he not messaged me? And you go into a state of quite

sort of turmoil, I would say, and you think it's love, but it's actually love addiction.
