I'm going to talk about some specific wines that you can find in most stores and like the blog and

0:13.7

podcast the review is for people who like wine but not the snarberry that goes with it.

Today we're talking about the 2010 Oyster Bay Pinot Noir. The average retail

0:25.4

praise is around 1299. It can be less or more depending on where you live. And the

0:30.0

grapes for this wine were grown in Marlboro, New Zealand, which is really known for

1:23.1

mouth drying, not too much mouth watering, really nice balance.

1:27.4

The alcohol level was a tad high for me, 13.5%, a little higher than

1:32.3

some other Pinot noir, especially the ones from Burgundy.

1:35.0

But it didn't ruin the wine.

1:36.2

It made it a little hot in your mouth.

1:37.8

If you don't like that sensation, be aware of that.

1:40.7

In terms of what to eat with it, we had it with an Asian ginger sesame rubbed chicken breast and it was a great pairing.
