Hi, friends, Kelsey here. Well, I have the sad update to share that we don't have a new episode for you today like we planned.

The universe has really been conspiring against us, and Erica and I have had lots of sickness at both of our houses.

My family had COVID for the second time, which was a big bummer.

Luckily, we had pretty mild cases, but it definitely threw off our schedule and routine

for quite a while. And Erica has been down with a severe cold and sore throat. So we're bummed

to have to delay things a week, but that seems to be how life is going lately. But we'll be back

next week with the last episode of our Looking Back series, which will be all about friendship.

Erica and I talked about our own friendship in a recent episode, but this will focus more on

making and keeping friends as adults and moms, which is an episode topic that is often requested.

But while I have you here, I thought I would give you a little peek into our lives as we muddle

through sickness, so Erica and I each thought of a few

things that have been getting us through or bringing us joy. Erica shared with me that she's been

surviving on halls, mucinex, and Cadbury cream eggs. For me, I second the mucinex endorsement and

will add family dance parties and breakfast burritos from the local chain salad

and go. Okay, that's all we have for you today. We'll work on getting well and look forward to being back
