Summary

Your breath is a powerful tool for instant relaxation. By focusing on your inhale and exhale, you can quickly calm your mind and body. Here's a simple technique:

Meditation:

  • Find a quiet space: Even a few moments of solitude can make a difference.
  • Focus on your breath: Close your eyes and gently bring your attention to your breath. Feel the rise and fall of your chest or belly.
  • Deep, slow breaths: Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale slowly through your mouth.
  • Mindful observation: Notice the sensations in your body as you breathe. Let go of any tension or stress.
