I've seen this a lot as a coach and maybe you fall into this as well and I want to try to help you with this as best I can.

A lot of times people will start to see some progress. Maybe you start to lose some body fat, maybe you start to get a little bit consistent with your diet,

maybe you do drop some weight on the scale, you're starting to go to the gym a bit more, you're seeing

your clothes fit differently, people are starting to compliment you, and then what happens is you kind of go into this quote-unquote self-sabotage mode. You ever heard of that? We're like, you just feel like you're your you are in your own way you're your

own biggest enemy for whatever reason you start to self-savitize yourself and you

start to fall off track a little bit you start to not track your calories as much or you go off track on the weekends or you start skipping workouts or something happens where you no longer are seeing that progress and that kind of reverts you back to the beginning. You see some progress, you kind of do this

self-savotage thing and you go back to the beginning. Here's what is

happening a lot of times that most people will

A lot of times people will start to see some progress and you think,

Like you think you got this, you as the the person you think you're like special you think you're you think you're better now you think you're good you think you got it under control

counting your calories. You don't think you have to keep doing the things that are getting

you the results in the first place. And let me just be very honest with you.
