First and foremost the motivation for the day

a lot of people get into this fitness journey and

you wonder what if you do all of this work and you don't see the progress you want to see?

What if you count your calories? What if you stick to your diet? What if you work out?

What if you do all the things and you still don't get to where you want to be?
