Welcome back to QuickBits. This week was unhinged and there's a lot to talk about

0:05.2

from updates in the Brian Cobrager prosecution to the Idaho defamation case,

0:10.7

big updates in the Tadi Westbrook cases. It's getting ready to go to trial.

0:14.5

And this whole ticket master swifty situation is wild, but not as wild as the judge

to respond to request for admissions in erogatories and discovery. And when those deadlines

1:30.3

passed, the things that the TikToker did not respond to are deemed admitted.

1:34.8

So the professor filed a motion for summary judgment. This motion could end the liability part

1:40.8

of the defamation case, meaning it would be determined by the court that the TikToker legally

1:47.1

defamed the professor. And then the only matter left for a jury would be damages. So resolve

1:54.3

the issue of defamation and liability and just leave it for damages. It's a very interesting case.

1:59.8

We'll see if the TikToker responds to the motion for summary judgment.
