This week on the Colin and Samir podcast, we take a look at ourselves.

And more specifically, we take a look at our lifestyle and how the work we're doing every day is leading us towards a lifestyle we want to live.

As we started thinking about this, I wrote down a bunch of questions to ask myself.

And eventually turned that into a worksheet that I printed out for both Colin and I to fill out an answer on our own.

After we answered them, we got together and reviewed our answers,

and in this episode we go over those answers and talk about what we learned by doing this exercise.

We spend a lot of time looking for the answers or the solutions to problems that we have.

But in reality, it's actually the questions that we ask

ourselves that reveal the most. All right, we start this episode in my apartment with a discussion

around a beverage that has taken over Los Angeles. All right, so we're going to start the show

a little different this week. There's this really funny craze in Los Angeles around oat milk.

I mean, there's nothing funny about it.

Yeah, it's dead serious.

It's dead serious.

To the point where last night I walked into a market, look right into the fridge,

and the guy at the front of the market just turns to me and Katie and is like,

are you looking for the oat milk?

Yeah.

...
