do my best to provide you with biblical answers. So let's jump right in. First, Angie has

asked, do I have to be strict with myself and strict with others as a Christian? I'll

put it to this way, Angie, Pharisees tend to be hard on everyone else, but easy on themselves.

They make up their own rules for everybody else, but they don't follow rules themselves.

And so we're definitely in danger of being like the Pharisees when we're really strict

on others, but loose with ourself. That being said, I think believers should be harder

on themselves and more gracious with others. So we want to look at our own hearts and

our own sin. While at the same time, holding all believers to 2 Corinthians 5, 17 standard

that if anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation, looking at Paul's words in Romans

7 and thinking through that grace abounds. And so because grace abounds, we don't just

sin all the more and do whatever we want. We want to have God standard in Scripture. And

at the same time, be very gracious with those who are wrestling and fighting with sin.

Of course, even in our own hearts, be confessing sin and walking together. But yeah, there's

no room and no helpful scenario where Christians are really hard on everyone else and easy
