I had a nice day today, very nice day.

Took out the baby again today when we played at a new playground it was it was fun

lots of fun so the babies keep me active actually they get me outside and

walking I walk with them I play with them so that's good

I'm not doing a lot of I'm not doing really any actual exercise like organized exercise program.

I'm just out carrying babies, walking with babies, running around with babies.

But it's better than sitting on my butt all day.
