Hello and welcome to this week's Podshove the Queen.

We've got a lot to talk about today.

We've got the latest updates on the Queen's health as it was announced this week that she has

tested positive for COVID. We have a royal visit, Kate's been in Copenhagen and lots to

look forward to as we look ahead to Rugby and what's going to be a very competitive game at Twickenham.

As always I'm your host Zoe Forcey and I'm joined by Russell Myers.

Hi Russell how are you?

I'm very well, how are you?

Oh I'm good, Char, and I'm trying to remember the last show that I didn't start by saying it's been a very busy week and we've had a lot on.

I know. I know. I was just about to say the same myself, but I feel like I've been in a washing machine this this week it has been

absolutely relentless but you know we must we must be thankful for keeping busy I suppose but

the big news I mean it already it kicks off at the

weekend didn't it because the big news of the week has been the Queen

testing positive for COVID of course, that statement came out on Sunday afternoon

and I think through everyone into a bit of a panic,

but the palace were very quick to say

that she was only suffering mild symptoms

and was carrying out light duties which I think was done and I think it did work to kind of reassure people a bit.

Definitely I think you know if we were having this conversation a few months ago I've

undoubtedly there would have been absolute panic stations because you know Queen is
