Hello and welcome to the tennis podcast brought to you in association with the Telegraph from the Fever Tree Championships from quarter finals day of the Fever Tree Championships 2018.

It's been absolutely glorious at the Queen's Club today. I haven't experienced any of it. I've been in a studio for Amazon, but Gigi you have and it's been just lovely.

Perfect conditions. Apparently tomorrow the weather is going to be ridiculous. It's going to be hotter than places like Rio de Janeiro.

We're just getting started. A lot of flesh on show, a lot of pimms flowing. Not really a cloud in the sky, slight breeze. Really really nice conditions.

Rio de Janeiro is southern hemisphere though, so it's the winter there. But it's still normally warmer there than it is here. Fair enough.

We have our four semi finalists, myself, Catherine Whitaker by the way, Gigi Sam and alongside me, day five of the Fever Tree Championships.

That's why I think you probably know who we are by now, but just in case you thought one of us was tennis fan girl Jason Isaacs, who featured on the podcast yesterday.

No, we're not. It is Catherine and Gigi. We're back and yeah, we have our four quarter finalists. They will be Marantillich against Nick Kirios and Novak Djokovic against Jeremy Shade, who is now 11, no 12 and 1 for the season Gigi.

We'll talk about him in due course, but first and foremost, we'll be hearing from all four quarter finalists, but Marantillich destroyed San Query this morning.

The Battle of the two former champions, Chilich in 2012, San Query back in 2010 against Mardi Fich, who feels like has been retired for an age.

But I mean, San Query isn't even that old, is he in the Conte, what is he 31? In the context of modern tennis, he's a spring chicken, but anyway, it feels like he's spanned quite a lot of generations at the Queen's Club, but he was pretty much dismantled by Marantillich today, the top seed.

Marantillich has got into his groove. I think the other thing is Marantillich has never lost to San Query. He's got a complete head to head against him, largely played out on grass.

And it's just, it's a fit for Marantillich. They're both big servers, but sometimes you get a player comes up against another player, and it just always works against them. Marantillich afterwards saying, you know, look, he's tough, it's going to be difficult, etc, etc.

But it's a matchup that really works on Marantillich. He's also looking very focused, he's also looking very comfortable. Actually, we did a feature in the Men's locker room this morning for play started.

We were trying to do it before any players arrived, because I shouldn't really be in the Men's locker room at any point. But then San Query arrived, Steve Dunst arrived, and Marantillich arrived.

And when we were in there, just having a little wanderer and just checking that it was okay that we did it. Just Marantillich, very calmly, just chatting about the football last night, just football crashes whenever I just, you know, with San Query, having a really nice, kind of laid back where I chillich conversation.

But they were chastising away very, very, very nicely, but he went on to the court. It was a very aggressive chillich, and he's thrown.

Just before we hear from Marantillich, because you caught up with him after the match, since you've mentioned the football, we must mention Diego Schwarzenegger and Juan Monaco who trekked over to Moscow for the Croatia Argentina match last night and got completely trolled by Andy Murray online for posting a picture of themselves proudly pitchside, just moments before the 3-0 destruction of Argentina at that hands of Croatia.

Yeah, an absolute burn from Andy Murray on social media. But anyway, that's in Moscow. We're in London, and here is Gigi chatting to Marantillich after his victory.

Marantillich must be delighted, a third straight, Queen's semi-final.

I am, especially after today, and playing Sam, and obviously before the match, I was looking that it's going to be a tough one, a very tough one.
