0:30.3	There is an awful lot going on this week an awful lot to talk about I mean you know we will try and
0:36.8	provide some light within the darkness because of course the whole news agenda is being
0:41.7	dominated by one story and that is the Russian invasion of Ukraine and of course there has been
0:48.7	War to Wall coverage throughout the last few days and the Royals have had you know something to do with that
0:56.8	so we will touch upon that in due course but I just wanted to kick off with some
1:01.0	good news which is that the Queen has returned to work after her
1:07.0	little bout of COVID. I mean I say little I mean it's obviously quite a thing to be going through when you're, especially when you're 95 years old.
1:17.1	However, we were reassured right at the beginning that the Queen was just feeling a little under the weather. She was suffering from mild cold-like symptoms. But I do think sometimes we forget that she's 95 years old. She had had a little bit of ill health
1:33.2	towards the end of last year.
1:35.2	And it's great to see the Queen back.
1:37.4	She was back doing some video calls yesterday,
1:40.1	back in action, taking some virtual audiences with the ambassadors of Andora and Chad.
1:48.4	Did you see her, Ian? I thought looking rather well.
1:51.9	Yeah, I saw that clip yesterday, yeah looking good.
1:55.0	Good to see that she's back and able to do things again.
1:59.0	She met with her family, didn't she on the weekend, we think?
