Big Daddy Stitch is in the building and we are broadcasting from the

Sitche's room in New Jersey right now as we are hunkered down and honey we have a special

guest with us today.

We do have a special guest with us today. It is Mosie Bear Johnson who is our seven-year-old golden

retriever. Usually when we record the podcast we don't let him in the room because there's a lot of audio

things and he's a 80 pound beast that can knock things over and be panting and

whatever. But I think in the current landscape of the situation,

Mosie Bear Johnson's is an essential worker,

just like we are essential to, I think, continuing the running of our country.

Positiveity will continue with the situations and we have a positive

podcast and this is why we're here broadcasting no matter what.

Yes, so moral of the story, Mosy is with us today.

Well, so considering the current situation, honies, I think that we should sort of discuss preparation, okay, what we are doing right now to prepare and what we've done and what we're taking and vitamins and how we're

operating right now. Yeah so there's like a lot of information out there about what

vitamins you should be taking and things that may prevent the disease or the coronavirus from spreading or

replicating and all these different things and I just find it interesting because

Mike and I are very we try to really focus on our health even when the country is not in a crisis

We're thinking to health and fitness it's kind of just a a way we type we like to live. Yeah.
