Summary

Most of us are still in self-isolation. Fuck! And it’s not going to end soon. Also fuck! In today’s episode Matt discusses this hard truth and a few others as well, including but not limited to— the darkness on display in Madonna’s tone-deaf COVID-19 bathtub rant, the early signs of our collective lockdown-induced mind-losing, the unbelievably bad advice some politicians and pundits are putting out into the world about how to fend off coronavirus, and why dumb people almost always stay dumb forever. Then Matt goes on to answer questions from Twitter, which are mostly about coronavirus— but there is one question that leads to Matt telling a story that involves his father becoming furious with him and his brother ratting him out.

1:35.4

ground to a complete halt. So I feel very fortunate to have have started this and

1:41.1

to have already sort of established an audience but also now to sort of have

1:46.4

something to fucking do. Because let's fucking face it. A lot of people out there, I see it all over social media. People are acting like having nothing to do or being bored at home is the worst

2:07.0

fucking thing in the world and I get it it's a total fuck to your routine it's a total fuck to your wallet

2:15.2

although hopefully that'll be figured out soon

2:18.4

there's a bill uh supposed to be voted on in the Senate floor very soon.

2:23.0

That will hopefully put money in everyone's pockets in the very near future, but I'll save that for later.

2:31.0

Our lives have been totally fucking derailed by this.

2:35.0

But what you hear about mostly on social media is how hard it is to be bored.
