I am merely bow, he is the great Z, he is in West Virginia, country roads took him home,

day three in the books already, my friend, you've been busy.

We have been busy, bow, it's great to be talking with you, I've missed you, as I'm here

at the Greenbrier, America's Resort, the sports performance center situated in the mountains

of West Virginia and yeah, the Browns are starting to kind of ramp things up and get

into work.

The first day we flew in on Saturday and we saw them come out just in hats, no helmets

or anything like that in shorts and just offense work together, defense work together

on separate fields and then yesterday on Sunday we saw the Browns put helmets on but

it was very much like phase two, if you remember phase two of the OTAs where the team could

not have any 11 on 11 or 7 on 7 so yesterday it was kind of the same thing just in helmets

going through offense on one field, defense on the other and then of course Kate York's

getting his work as well as Corey Bajorquez, Charlie Hewlett, Joe Charlton, they're getting

their work in on special teams and then today was the first really official practice of

training camp but still we did see an 11 on 11 period today that was maybe the first

two steps were full speed and then everything after that was a jog through, we did not see

any 7 on 7s, the expectation is that tomorrow the shells come on and tomorrow is the first
