The polls, however, are telling a slightly different story. We're going to bring you those numbers in a moment.

And on the subject of numbers, the latest economic growth figures have just

come out for the US. They are bad, really bad. And that might explain why there were a lot of

We've got lots in and they're brilliant. But we're going to

start by talking a little bit about the polls because in the last few weeks, a picture has been

appearing and it's not a picture that Trump particularly wants to see. You've seen some of the

numbers that suggest Americans believe that the economy is now going

in the wrong direction under Trump. But there are three new polls out to mark his 100th day

in power. And they are all about the job he is doing overall. NBC News finds that 55% of Americans

disapprove of the president's handling of his job.

In a CNN poll that is 59% disapprove and an ABC Washington Post poll finds just 39% of Americans
