I feel extraordinarily overwhelmed, or I did feel extraordinarily overwhelmed after

spinning a couple weeks being a super duper, duper, duper sick with this weird cold flu thing I

had.

And then the re-entry, it reminds me of playing double dutch.

Have you guys ever done double dutch jump ropes where there's two jump ropes going at the same time?

And you sit there, you're like with your little hand motion like back and forth, back and forth, back and forth,

trying to find the right point to like jump back in.

It feels like that going into my inbox or trying to catch up with social media messages and

comments.

And just thinking about all of it was making me feel kind of panicked and not great and I went to bed last night thinking like how am I going to
