about life and training and optimization and all kinds of fun stuff. Ben, how's it going?

I'm really great. I think life has seasons. You know, everyone realizes that or should hopefully

realize that there's seasons of life, it can't always be summer.

There was a period there where I was going through, I think I was sharing this with you,

like I was going through the wintertime, and I feel like spring is here.

And this is figuratively, obviously, not literally, but I feel like I just feel great. And my business is increasing and my clarity in life is increasing.

And my ability to focus is great. And, you know, I've shifted my focus back

to my body a little bit, so putting more a little more time into me. And I often talk about this

is to be a successful human being, you have to have values and establish your value hierarchy.

And my value hierarchy is as such as my family's first, my finances are second and my fitness is third right now.

And there's a lot of subcategories there. But, you know, when it comes to decision making,

as you'll see, Nash, working with me for a little bit, my family's top priority. And if something

needs to get done in business or even with my body, but my family needs me, fortunately,

it's going to be put on the back burner. And I've been doing that for quite a while.

And I have some actually reasoning behind it.

But so, you know, I've been kind of deprioritizing my fitness.
