journey, right? There's many people out there who are ascending. And they're like, I want to

get bigger and I want to grow and I'm not when I dominate and there's people who are possibly at the top of the mountain you know I'm as good as I want to be and I want to maintain this

and then there's the people who are going well now I realize my own mortality is a thing and I want to

just be healthy vibrant thrive and be strong you know strong and lean so we could talk at any point in that
