I've talked a bunch--especially recently--about Agatha Christie and the theater. But what is it like to put on an Agatha Christie play? In particular, in one of those smaller regional/community venues that so frequently put on Christie's plays? 0:00.0	Hello dear listeners and happy new year happy 2024 I am inserting this message at the top of my latest episode to you because I just wanted to highlight my upcoming book tour dates for the busy body, which is coming out on the 23rd of January.

0:19.7	This is just a few weeks away.
0:21.5	And I figured this is the perfect time to remind all of you in the
0:24.4	U.S. if you can make it if one of these events is close enough to you to come by and
0:30.6	see me because I would love to see as many podcast listeners as I possibly can on this

0:36.4	So real quick, if you live in or near the Los Angeles area, on Tuesday, January 23rd, I will be appearing at the Diesel Bookstore in Brentwood Country Mart at 630 PM.
0:49.8	That is very close to where I live.
0:51.1	This is my local bookstore event which felt like an
0:54.2	appropriate way to launch this book tour for my mystery. The very next day I will be
0:59.6	up in the Bay Area in Northern California at Rake Straw Books in Danville, California.
1:05.0	That's on Wednesday, January 24th at 7 PM.
1:08.0	And then the day after that, I will be in San Francisco Proper at Books Inc. in the Marina, the lovely Marina. So that's
1:16.0	Thursday January 25th at 7 p.m. The week following I will have headed south to
1:21.6	the fabulous murder by the book in Houston, Texas.
1:25.2	I'm appearing there on Tuesday, January 30th at 630 PM.
1:30.0	And the next day I will have headed west, but not as far west as I'll eventually go because I will
1:35.2	be stopping off in Scottsdale, Arizona at the equally fabulous Poisined Penn Bookstore.
1:42.4	So that's Wednesday, January 31st at 7 o'clock PM.
1:45.8	And then back at home, but a little further afield in Pasadena,
