Now let me explain what that means. A false flag is when you create an event to then justify what your original goal was.

And you create an event that makes it look like what your goal is using your military to go kill people is justified in the response to a situation that you created.

And he understood that he needed something big to happen within Russia, that he could then use to defend Mother Russia and to unite the people behind him.
