Just a couple of words of framing for this evening before we start.

As the Ambassador said, it's nearly the second anniversary of the full scale invasion of Ukraine. It's nearly as well the 10th anniversary of

the invasion of Dunbarso and the annexation of Crimea. A fact we shouldn't forget that

Ukraine has been at war for almost a decade now.

And when we think of that, when we think of tonight and what we're trying to do,

it's a pleasure to meet you all and to see you all,

but we wouldn't be here if we lived in a better world and a more peaceful world.
