usually I ride solo for the next few days until Allison comes back from her well-deserved few days off.

She's doing something that she loves them that is filling her soul. So I'm

going to hold the reins while she's gone. And we have a lot of news just because we have been dealing

with a fire hose of information. Most of it is confusing. It's intentional. Please remember everyone,

the chaos is intentional. They want burnout. They want you to lose hope.

They want you to get confused. And we're going to do everything we can over here to make sure that

doesn't happen. But you got to do something on your end too, okay? Self-care. We talk about it at the
