To the investigators' rising sense of excitement, the circumstantial theory they had been secretly

Back on November 25th, Moscow PD had whispered to local lawmen to keep their eyes peeled for

a white 2011 through 2016 Hyundai Lantra.

We still are asking people to call in on any spotting of white Lantra.
