Today I am sitting down with TPG's global reviews editor, Nick Ellis, welcome Nick.

Hey, thanks for having me, Zach.

And we're talking about Aruba, which is a destination that's been on my list

actually since I was a little kid.

And the reason for that was I used to my mom would drive me to

school every day before we had a bus and we'd listen to I forget the radio station

but every day they seem to have an advertisement for Aruba.

Something like, you won't hear the toot of the horn

and I can't do the accent.

But I'm really embarrassed that I just did it,

but we're going to leave that in. But I'm like, what is this Aruba place? I really want to go someday and somehow I haven't gone yet, but you went there pretty recently, right?

Yeah, I was there over the New Year holiday, so like just after Christmas through New Year's Day.

Okay, what brought you to Aruba? Well, was it the same commercial? Yeah, we didn't we

think those commercials in Michigan.

I was just looking for somewhere to go with my family at that time and

Aruba was the first destination that I could get two rooms for the dates that we wanted to travel on points.

So it's kind of circumstantial.

Totally.

Yeah.

So where did you end up staying?

We stayed the Ritz-Carlton. Oh, yeah, for yes. Yeah, sounds fancy. Yeah, how was it? How does it compare to the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong?
