You don’t need a business background if you have a good idea and the passion for pursuing it, so says Todd Lamb, Co-Founder of Purelife Organics, a health and wellness brand.

Todd started his career in the military. He transitioned to the police department and led the SWAT team before starting Purelife Organics. Todd saw his wife suffering from inflammation and difficulty with weight loss. So, he researched herbs and spices to help her.

He utilizes his experience from military days in his entrepreneurial journey too. Being disciplined, communication skills, and dealing with ego are some of the similarities between the two universes. Sleep, nutrition, and exercise are three pillars on which Purelife Organics's mission is built.

He talks about:

* Gratefulness
* His background
* What led him to start the brand
* Kinds of catalysts
* Military skills in entrepreneurship
* Relationship with fear
* Three external pillars
