Summary
Lara and Carey have a new reservation at SUR, and are ready to see if it passes inspection once again. But first, they discuss Carey’s ultimate trigger word, Dorinda and Donna Kelce allegedly getting into it on the new “Traitors,” and a fierce San Francisco restaurant staff banding together to take down a drunk Karen and her flop boyfriend.
On VPR, the cast puts their hangovers from Audrey’s bday bash aside for the annual SUR staff photo shoot. Kim and Marcus confirm their on-again status, much to everyone’s horror - especially Venus; Lisa introduces SUR world to Angelica, the new hostess/industry plant. Chris and Audrey ride bareback with Mary Faith at a Malibu horse farm, and Shayne reveals his gun-riddled traumatic past. Venus reels from Marcus turning the restaurant against him as AI sparks fly between Angelica and Jason. Then, Angelica arranges a pool party to get to know her new coworkers, where Natalie gags Shayne with a lesson in humility; Venus and Kim call a truce while Venus goes to war with Gabby, Marcus’s lead henchwoman.
