So, is it a product of Patrick's diet that kind of sets you up that way or have you always been like that?

No, I mean like I think I think the biggest thing is just I stayed a little leaner in the off season. I haven't had to kill myself obviously to get into shape because I mean the road is a lot shorter to travel.

And then my food stays higher, my cardio stays lower, it's just easier all around. So like I stayed in pretty good shape this off season, so I really, I mean, you know, like previous years where I got a little like sloppy, I mean, in the off season season it definitely made it harder and I felt it more getting

closer but I haven't had to and I won't have to do that I don't think so.
