Yeah, I developed a little bit of a sore throat yesterday, and I didn't know why until I kind of

started to read the news, and it's because we had the worst air quality in the world.

So worse than Peru, Lima and Calcutta, and literally New York, New Jersey had the worst air quality because of the fires from

the West coming over.

I couldn't go outside without it smelling like a campfire. It was definitely

very palpable smoke. Last summer, it was so bad that I just had like boiling water in the house

just to take down the smoke particles. And it helped a lot, but it was still like really bad. My lungs weren't doing great with it.
