Today on the show, we have Emma Farrell, author of a really interesting book titled Journeys with

Plant Spirits, Plant Consciousness, Healing, and Natural Magic Practices. This is in line with a thought

I've been trying to bring to the show here and there for years now, in that Europeans have

their own traditions, and we don't necessarily need to

take the traditions of others. Yes, ours have been quite suppressed for a few thousand years,

but, you know, largely those things never really left. They were always there. And Emma gets into her perspective on this

quite a bit in the episode. I really thankful somebody like Emma is both experienced and can speak

to psychedelic sessions, but also to this kind of more theoretically more subtle work with plant

spirits from from around here very interesting stuff and I really

thankful honestly that she's out there doing this and doing retreats and coaching

and all that kind of stuff so thank you Emma for being on the show thanks for

playing a part in the space that I find essential cool well I think that's it for
