Hey everybody, welcome back to Psychedelics today. This is Joe Moore coming at you from Breckenridge, Colorado. Today on the show, Kyle interviews our friend, Laura May Northrop. Kyle and I both got to

meet Laura and spent a bunch of time with her at Horizons years ago and was really, really thankful.

This is coming at a time when I was very upset about everything going on

in the space four years ago, carefully considering leaving, just because it was too much chaos

and I didn't see any real hope. But, you know, what I've noticed is that people really are

stepping in and being leaders and healers here. And while we might not see it too

publicly, it is happening. And people are working on maturing themselves, their communities in the

field as a whole. And sometimes really scary stuff needed to happen in order to force those

changes. So overall, I feel like things are moving in the right direction.
