I think I'm loud or I'm out. I'm moving outside right now. So I just had one statement and then one

question for you. I see a lot of the times when you go on these debates or wherever you're going

that people want to make the claim that you're mean or whatever. And that was when I first started

coming into orthodoxy, I realized that was something that I had even kind of had the thought about you.

And I think that it comes from this Protestant Jesus that they give us, that Jesus is all about being nice.

And so, like, as I started reading into the church fathers and reading into some

these things and even listening to you excuse me on a regular basis and realizing that a lot of

the low IQ stuff that you deal with and everything like that i think that it's just a perspective change on a lot of the times that it's these people's

view on the Jesus that they're given with Protestantism that is going to make them kind of

reject you because even for me, I used to kind of be like, oh, well, like, if Jay Dyer is what

orthodoxy represents, I don't really want to be a part of it, but that was just my whole thing is, you know, this, because I haven't moved into new age stuff, so I was kind of like, God is love, man, and like, all that other kind of bullshit that you fall into with that, and then realizing later on, and even, you know, like seeing you curse and stuff like that. It was with that and then realizing later on and even you know like seeing you curse

and stuff like that it was something that for me at the time was a stumbling block but it was almost

like an IQ barrier that i had to get over and once i was able to get past that and actually do

some reading which i actually really lacked myself yeah i'm actually way more tame than the church fathers if you actually read them.

Yeah, and no, that's something I kind of came across.

And, uh, I mean, you know, just all, like, like St. Cyril Jerusalem, the catacetical lecture says,

hate all the heretics. He says they're idiots. They're demonic. They're possessed. They're

dogs. You know, Jerome says even 10 times worse stuff. Yeah, and so, you know, I kind of just wanted to start by apologizing to you just because I've recently been received into the church and coming from that, I'm kind of saying that to people when I first came into the church. Well, Eric, I appreciate you. You're the first person I think that's ever apologized for saying that I was mean and then

realizing the moment.
