People don't know you for your slaps, your elbows which go viral, seen moments of times. Like I say, you've got a very interesting story. There's more two. The bodyguard, there's more two. The MMA fighter, which we'll get into. But how are you, bro? Very well, yeah. I'm going out to Barcelona after we finished here. I'm going around Europe for two weeks with Tyler Olivera, so should we go? Jet setting? Yeah, yeah, apparently so, yeah. Before we get into all the madness, though, I always like to go back to the start with my guests, get more of a bit of understanding about you, Fred. Where you grew up, how it all began? what began i grew up in north london so i was born in archway and um i ended up moving to older when

1:30.4

was like 11, 12. But my mum was my, like, the help at my, for my brothers. Because she came over from South Africa, basically, to work as like an opair, like, you often found people from New Zealand or Australia or South Africa that come over here to work as an opair or a childminder and um that's how she met my dad and um and here i am so we we ended up staying in london and then she would see she had a kid by another guy um she was working the prison service we lived at the time behind holloway prison and so i used the gym and stuff in Holyo Prison. You used to go the swimming pool in Hollywood Prison because after she locked everybody up, we could go in there and just have a look at it, you know, have a look at all. So I've actually been to prison, but just as like a casual observer, neither as a prison officer or an inmate. But she ended up moving to Suffolk, she worked to High Point Prison. And then she actually met Myra Hindley there when she was working there. She used to be, because they've got a woman's prison on one side of the road and the men's prison on the other side of the road. So Hollow is not there anymore. And then she ended up falling pregnant. And then the guy that she held pregnant too, said that we could live in Oldham at this place that he had on Clark's Field in Oldham, around 3, we stayed there for about a year. Then he kicked us out. So then we were just stuck up up in Manchester without anybody, any relatives, or any friends or anything like that. So that's how I ended up in Manchester. What about your real dad? My real dad. He's my dad, I don't have a stepdad or anything like that.

2:51.9

Also, you don't have, it wasn't a stepdad to raise you.

2:53.9

No, no, no, no, no.

2:55.3

I've always seen my dad and I've always seen him like, I used to see him all the time when I lived in London, but then when I was aware I could see him like every other weekend or every other month. and then now I see him a couple times a year.

3:04.1

But he's like, he's nearly eight years old now.

3:05.8

So, um, yeah, so he, he, he, he worked doing finance and then he's like, he's nearly eight years old now, so, um, yeah, so he,

3:08.3

he, he, he bought some flats in London for like, I don't know, six thousand pounds each or something in the 70s, and then ended up selling them, and then it has a, as a massive, uh, lake and woods now up near, near Scotland, so, uh, that's, that's where he, he lives, so, so pretty well off.

3:25.3

I'd say so I wouldn't say he's like cash rich or anything like that's where he he lives so so pretty well off uh he's he's i'd say so

3:26.0

i wouldn't say he's like cash rich or anything like that but he's done well for himself just shows you

3:29.2

what a few flats in london is worth it can buy you like a ridiculous amount of money somewhere

3:33.7

a land and whatever somewhere else in the country so but imagine trying to buy a flat in london now

3:38.4

you're talking a million two million three million yeah definitely. Yeah, definitely. It's changed days. Yeah, well, he became, uh, he started a, a broadband companies to hide out like an air raid shelter, supplying like massive amounts of Wi-Fi to, uh, rural areas like in a Scottish. That was the business model. It was called, uh, well, I always say it was cool, but um But it's now been bought out by a bigger company and they're lying vibroptic cable around the country. So like now you've got all these tiny little companies like Brisk and new fiber and whatever. It's laying like really high end fiber optic cable around the country and providing like cheap uh Wi-Fi to to

4:14.2

everyone basically so you know because you used to have like BT and version media in sky and
