0:08.6	Today's episode we're going to talk about one-on-one coaching, my experience with it,

0:15.0	Now, no matter what industry you're in, whether it's fitness, health and wellness, whether
0:19.8	it's beauty and makeup, fashion, theater, acting, the arts, no matter what industry you're
0:25.2	in, there's likely some form of one-on-one coaching available in that industry.
0:30.9	For most of us when we think of one-on-one coaching, we're familiar with the premise behind

0:36.4	Basically, if you're working with an expert in a field one-on-one, you're going to get
0:41.1	a lot more attention and likely improve your results a lot more, see the benefits a lot
0:46.5	faster, then you would if you were doing some kind of group coaching and were taking
0:51.4	a course, something like that, from one of these experts.
0:54.8	Now of course, that's just what we assume.
0:57.2	That's not always true 100% of the time.
1:00.1	Some people, some students, just perform a lot better in a group setting.
1:03.4	Some people perform a lot better when they're a part of a team or a part of an online course
1:08.4	where they can move at their own pace.
1:10.0	Everyone's a little bit different, but generally most of us assume, most of us have this belief
1:16.3	that when you work with an expert one-on-one, you usually get better results.
1:22.0	And as a coach, as someone who does coach people one-on-one, that's often times one
1:26.7	of the selling points.
1:27.7	You know, when you work with me one-on-one, you'll get X, Y, and Z.
