Today's episode we're going to talk about one-on-one coaching, my experience with it,

Now, no matter what industry you're in, whether it's fitness, health and wellness, whether

it's beauty and makeup, fashion, theater, acting, the arts, no matter what industry you're

in, there's likely some form of one-on-one coaching available in that industry.

For most of us when we think of one-on-one coaching, we're familiar with the premise behind

Basically, if you're working with an expert in a field one-on-one, you're going to get

a lot more attention and likely improve your results a lot more, see the benefits a lot

faster, then you would if you were doing some kind of group coaching and were taking
