I had a core belief, and no one could convince me otherwise I was a bad person.

I believed in every part of me that change equal death.

I lived in what I call TLD, land of denial, where if I name it, it's going to become real. And if I ignore it,

it'll go away. My son just turned nine. And he goes, Mommy, nothing you do is wrong. I realized

that is what I've been waiting for my whole life. I was waiting for someone to tell me,
