When reading these books, I always find such amazing information that never makes it into the podcast,

and here I get a chance to give you a peek

into the book. I've put a link to the book in the show notes, and I did seek permission to record

this extract, and the author kindly said yes. I'm going to be reading from chapter four,

which is titled First-hand Accounts Supporting Life After Death.

This is what Joanne has written.

Today, scientific and popular literature abound chronicling the experiences of those who have had

near-death experience, travelled out of body, or had a spiritual hypnosis session.

Differences aside, these three experiences share

many commonalities. Although different in contours, one is struck by the similarities in the

accounts of out-of-body travellers and those who have experienced eternity or the afterlife

during a near-death experience or through spiritual hypnotherapy.

Although an individual may not experience all the items that follow, the crossover is noteworthy.

You experience other realms and dimensions and travel beyond the limits of the physical world,

described as heavenly by sun.

Your perception of reality is altered. Time is distorted and space morphs.
