1:04.1	And while this sport has always been popular in America, it's actually made some big mistakes
1:09.1	when it comes to making everyone, especially minority groups, feel welcome and included.

1:15.2	For example, even though most of the players in the NFL are black, about 70%, there are only three African American head coaches in the entire league.

1:26.2	And even fewer black general managers.
