The show is going to be about tattooing

and the way that the internet and technology

have completely stirred it all up.

I am Andrew Stortz.

I'm a tattooer from New Hampshire

and I will be your fearless leader

through this journey of discovery and wonder.

Over the last few years, I have noticed an uproar of tattoos

with very critical opinions of what tattooing has become. From goofy gimmicks to apprentices

with tens of thousands of Instagram followers, there's a lot that has been changing within

this industry. Even calling it an industry drives people absolutely crazy. I've been

tattooing for 10 years, which can sound like a long time to some, but to any 20-plus year veteran

of the craft, I'm very much just getting started. So my goal is to discuss this digital age

of tattooing with a different guest each episode, hopefully with varying opinions and experiences

from my own, where they can share some insight and stories from the good old days, which can be

great nostalgia for those who were there, and it can also fill in some blanks for those who

weren't. There are already some great guests planned for this first batch of episodes, and I'm

looking forward to sharing these conversations with all of you.
