Okay, we're live, Alexander, back again.

0:09.0

We are waiting for Garland.

0:11.0

There might be a time mix-up, but we decided that we'll go live and hopefully Garland joins us soon.

0:20.0

But there's a lot of news that we can talk about,

0:22.8

Alexander, as we wait. So Project Ukraine Risk of Collapse. I took this title pretty much from

0:33.7

the Politico article. What are your thoughts on that?

0:40.3

Well, I think that is what the article's title is, but I would actually correct the title

0:48.3

if I was the editor of Politico because it's not saying to me that it is at risk of collapse.

0:54.8

I would say it is collapsing because this is the most extraordinary article up to now

2:04.8

that the $61 billion appropriation in Congress, if that is authorized, is not going to make any

2:12.1

difference. That the F-16s are not going to make any difference, that the Russians will be able to shoot

2:18.9

them down, that there aren't enough weapons in the West to make any difference, that Ukraine

2:25.6

would need a minimum of around 4 million shells to be able to hold its positions.

2:31.6

And of course, there aren't that many shells in the West or in the

2:35.9

international arms market. So effectively, what this article in Politico is telling us is that
