Because you're not doing your press ups anymore,

so what are you doing now?

I've taken on the old 5K challenge that everyone seems to be doing and I took ages to get under 22 minutes and I broke that the other day and I was kind of still looking longingly at kind of former teammates and what times they're

getting and thinking I should be competing with them but I'm probably deluding myself so

I'm making progress slowly but surely.

But under 22 minutes I think that's pretty impressive I have to say.
