Hi, everyone. Thanks for joining us. I'm Rachel Vindman. I'm Jasmine Clark. And you're listening to

the Suburban Women Problem. We are now three weeks out from the election and I don't know about you,

but I'm feeling stressed. They can't see my face, but yes, very stressed. Yes, I know. We all are.

We're running out of time to have conversations with our friends and family about the issues that

matter to us. So that means we can't wait. We can't

put it off. We have to share our stories now. This week, I got a chance to talk to California

Congresswoman Sarah Jacobs about her work on the Harris Advisory Council and why it's important to vote

up and down the ballot. And before that, we'll be joined by Carrie Knapp, a woman in Virginia who volunteers with a group called Nova Blue Squad.

But before that, we need to catch up on the news.

Again, it's like a year's worth of news every week.

It feels like everything is happening so fast.

Then I'm like, wait, has it been?

How long has it been since we talked to each other?

Because like so much has happened in like this very short amount of time.

And I think one of the things that's like really been kind of driving me a little bit crazy is all the polling

stuff now, to be clear, I absolutely loathe polling around this time because I think it's just

anxiety inducing. But I do think it's very clear right now what we are seeing, which honestly isn't that new between election

to election. I feel like we see these same things all the time. But there does seem to be a
