Welcome back to the because I can live podcast. I'm so glad you're here because today it's a good day for a good day. I'm a friend and I'm in a super good mood because we're going to be talking about one of my favorite things when it comes to coaching my students.

And it's called hot seats.

During a lot of my online live training sessions, I'll randomly choose someone to sit in what's called the hot seat and they share what's happening or what's working in their business and sometimes they even talk about where they're stuck.

They last about 10 minutes long and I dive in giving clarity and suggestions and celebrate the success that they've been having.

Now here's the thing that I absolutely love about hot seats. They turn the me learning into we learning. All right, let's think about that for a second. Usually when you're learning, it's all about what you need, right? Where you're stuck, where you need to make changes. But in these hot seats, we switch it. And the reason why is because we have so many people who comment after watching someone else do a hot seat saying just how much they've learned and how they were having the same problem but didn't even know they needed to ask about it or address it and the group experience gives everyone a chance to learn together and that's why I'm going to start
