There's relationship communication that goes on and when you learn a healthier way a more

positive or productive I should say a more productive way to communicate with other people you learn how to communicate with other people, you learn how to communicate with yourself as well.

But a lot of people don't apply that.

They apply that healthier communication with others when they learn the tools and the resources they need to be able to do so,

but they don't apply it to themselves.
