So let me answer the question someone had relating to probiotics and constipation.

Now typically people take probiotics for diarrhea, but not necessarily for constipation.

In fact, taking the wrong ones can make you more concentrated.

Constipation is a situation where you have stagnant waste in your gut in the large intestine

So it's defined as going less than three times a week, but personally I think you should

be going at least one time a day, if not a couple times a day, because the question is,

Now, it's pretty wild in practice, I've had people come in to see me that literally

So I recommend if you have constipation, only to take two specific strains of probiotic.

Lactobacillus and bifidyl bacteria.

I would not recommend taking other strains because other strains could create more constipation.
