0:47.8	So this is a special episode of True Crime Daily, the podcast because we are focusing on one
0:55.3	horrific case of a convicted killer. This is a husband who was found guilty of murdering his wife
1:01.6	who was six months pregnant at the time with their baby girl. The man was a probation officer
1:09.2	at the time of the murder and he was found guilty and sentenced to 30 years to life in prison.
1:17.2	One would think that we were done with this case that he would be locked up for a very long time
1:23.6	and the family of the victim would not have to worry about him coming out. Well, as recently as
1:30.4	just eight weeks ago, he was about to be set free years before he was eligible to even step foot
1:40.0	outside of a prison. He was about to be paroled almost nine years early because of the will of a
1:47.7	governor. And the governor did not act alone because the parole board agreed that he was fit
1:56.6	to be released. This is an incredible story and if you're upset, you should be.
2:03.6	And the reason he was stopped from getting out of prison, he was stopped by one of you,
