So this is a special episode of True Crime Daily, the podcast because we are focusing on one

horrific case of a convicted killer. This is a husband who was found guilty of murdering his wife

who was six months pregnant at the time with their baby girl. The man was a probation officer

at the time of the murder and he was found guilty and sentenced to 30 years to life in prison.

One would think that we were done with this case that he would be locked up for a very long time

and the family of the victim would not have to worry about him coming out. Well, as recently as

just eight weeks ago, he was about to be set free years before he was eligible to even step foot

outside of a prison. He was about to be paroled almost nine years early because of the will of a

governor. And the governor did not act alone because the parole board agreed that he was fit

to be released. This is an incredible story and if you're upset, you should be.

And the reason he was stopped from getting out of prison, he was stopped by one of you,
