Tell me about how the two of you worked together on the recipes.

When we were testing the recipes, I'm mostly cooked and

Rishika tasted and gave feedback.

But she also helped with a lot of the easier recipes.

I tasted and I also helped on little things like stirring and cracking eggs.

This is six-year-old Rishica talking with their mother, Naha,

about testing recipes for a new cookbook.

And you're a super picky eater, Rishika.

So how did the cookbook help you with your picky eating?

It helped me a lot.

I got encouraged to eat more food.

And different kinds of food?

Mm-hmm.

I tried that pans in that loud once and it was so delicious.
