Since before Love Island, I've always had a passion for women's rights and interests. So I'm here to tell you everything you need to know when it comes to putting yourself

first, whether that being a relationship in the bedroom, your career or your mental health.

I've called in friends from around the world for an intimate, unfiltered conversation that will

change your life forever. The reason I started this podcast is because since I've used my

platform to speak so openly,

I've had so many of you contact me on social media and even stop me in the street asking me to do a podcast.

So now we really can get down and dirty and discuss the most important things that just aren't talked about enough.

Expect lots of laughter, a few tears and for the penny to finally drop as we discuss the

most taboo and private topics, helping you focus on the fact that you come first.

So today I'm super excited to be talking to Adjua Abba, supermodel activist and founder of

Girls Talk, an amazing community-led

non-profit dedicated to promoting the mental health and wellbeing of adolescent girls and young

women. Thank you so much for coming on today. I've been such a big fan of yours and I think the first

time we met, I was like so starstruck. I got my manager to come over and be like oh my god can you get a selfie but I don't

want to ask was it was it and it was that the rim or no sorry

Revlon it was that the Reblon thing wasn't it yeah at the makeup event and you look

stunning you had your blonde hair your pink. I've still got the picture now.

I look absolutely awful in it, but I'm like, I have to keep it for memories.

No, that's so funny, because I was so starstruck, because obviously Love Island had been going on.

I've been like watching it religiously, and it was just kind of, yeah, I was such a fan girl as well.
