here's John. We've been talking about how important it is if we're going to represent the

truth, which is so precious to God, that we understand discernment, that we'd be able to discern the

truth. Now, let's go back to our text. First Thessalonian chapter 5, just a couple of looks at the verses that we've been using

in these days.

Verse 20, do not despise propheteus.

Do not despise preaching.

Don't look down on preaching.

I can preach a message on don't look down on preaching because today preaching is

looked down on. Don't look down on preaching because today preaching is look down on.

Don't look down on preaching, but don't just accept everything, examine everything carefully.
