This week, the Queen's second son is back in the headlines as a transatlantic legal battle rages with US law officials.

The prince's lawyers say the US Justice Department is now seeking publicity rather than

accepting an offer of help. Will this latest reminder of the Prince's dubious

friendships throw the royal family back into crisis or has the firm distanced itself from the Duke of York.

Today, Prince Andrew and the Royals in a pandemic. I'm part of the Royal Rotor, which is a group of correspondence across Prince and

broadcast, who cover Royal Engagement. Roya Nika is the Sunday Times Royal Correspondent.

As part of the royal rotor, she's been embedded with the royal family

on state visits and official tools for the past 10 years.

It's given her the chance to observe them up close.

Last October we were in Pakistan with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

The plane that we were traveling on with William and Kate, the Voyager, which is the plane

used by the Prime Minister and members of the Royal Family sometimes on tours.

We were flying back from Lahore back to Islamabad and we hit a very, very bad storm which the pilot tried to fly through several times.

Quite scary but quite amusing at the same time.

Without going to too much detail,

it was extremely hairy, and actually,

we were forced to turn back to Lahore and land.
